Maple Street

This is a commercial office building being re-imagined as 10 dwelling units near downtown Carpinteria, just south of Santa Barbara. The shell of the existing building is to remain, with new forms being added to the facade and new window/door locations to accommodate the proposed layouts.

The biggest change to the building is to remove a central portion of the existing structure, to connect the bungalow units to the north with a triplex to the south, all on the same property.
