Soderberg Residence

This is a large scale remodel/addition to a single family house in Solana Beach, CA. The clients' goal was to take advantage of western views to the Pacific Ocean, easily seen from the front yard and living room.

The addition included a new office and master bedroom suite where the existing garage was located. A new garage was to be relocated below, and the disjointed living spaces on the main floor were demolished and rethought as a large unified great room that connected the front and rear yards.
